Mother. Yogi. Wayfinder. Writer. Entrepreneur.

What if there's nothing to fix, only more to understand? Your body, your patterns, your story. The questions you keep coming back to.

I explore the space between science and spirituality, medicine and intuition, what we feel and what we can prove. Through stories, research, books, and my own experience, I look for connections we might otherwise miss and the questions they leave us with.

So you can understand yourself more deeply, make sense of what you're experiencing, and trust yourself enough to take the next step.

My journey is not your map. It's an invitation to draw your own.

MY STORY

For thirteen years, I searched for answers to symptoms no one could fully explain: insomnia, brain fog, anxiety, ADHD, pain, and the persistent feeling something wasn't right.

I saw doctors. Tried all the freaking meds. Therapy. Yoga. Personal development.

Thankfully, I never stopped asking questions.

During my pregnancy in 2024, I pulled on one forgotten thread. Slowly, the pieces began connecting. They started making sense.

I started making sense.

And it led me to an even bigger question:

How much of our story begins before we do?

This is an invitation to look again. At your own story. At the pieces that never quite made sense.

There is always a puzzle worth piecing together. One that could lead you closer to yourself, with more clarity, more courage, and less of the noise we've been conditioned to carry.

02 / Why you might be here

For when life looks good, but something still feels unfinished.

Maybe, like me, it is your health. Symptoms you cannot explain. Patterns that keep repeating. A feeling you cannot quite name, even when you are told everything is normal.

You have looked for answers, read the books, asked for help, and tried different approaches. Some helped, some did not. You are still trying to connect the pieces.

What am I missing?

You may not need another miracle or someone with all the answers. Perhaps you need new questions, a connection you have not yet seen, or a different way of looking at what is already in front of you.

Sometimes all we need is a better place to begin, and someone willing to stay with the puzzle long enough for the pieces to make sense.

What do we carry?

Five doors into the questions that stay with us.

01

THE BODY

What happens when your body knows something your mind cannot yet explain?

02

THE FAMILY

The stories we inherit do not always arrive as words.

03

THE VOICE

There comes a moment when healing also means believing yourself.

04

THE PLACE

Sometimes belonging begins when we finally take our place.

05

THE RETURN

Healing is not always becoming someone new. Sometimes it is returning to who was already there.

Imprinted

The Science of What We Inherit and the Faith to Transcend It

Imprinted began with my search to understand what was happening inside my own body, mind, and soul.

The search took me through medicine and science, trauma and genetics, motherhood and spirituality, from yoga and Reiki to family constellations, fire walks, and cold baths. It ultimately led me to the stories we inherit, often without realizing how deeply they shape us.

BODYMemory lives in the questions we are brave enough to ask.
FAITHSome stories are written. Others are carried.
Camila reading a book

How much of who we are was shaped before we ever had a say, and how much can we influence once we begin to see it?

This is the first book, and the foundation for deeper conversations about what shapes us, what we carry, and what becomes possible when we begin to understand ourselves more intimately.

It is not a prescription. It is a healing journey, and an invitation to ask your own questions, draw your own map, and discover what becomes possible when you begin to trust yourself again.

What if the life you're trying to rebuild is asking you to return to yourself?

Questions, held gently

A few things you may be wondering.

Why did you write Imprinted?

For fifteen years, I kept asking questions no one could answer. I was told my tests were normal, that it was stress, anxiety, or all in my head. A part of me refused to stop listening to my body, and that refusal gave me my life back. I wrote this book to help people reconnect with curiosity, ask better questions, trust their body a little more, and fear it a little less.

What change do you hope readers experience?

I want people to know they are not broken, no matter how dark they believe their secret is. I hope they leave seeing their body as an ally, participating more actively in their health, and carrying more hope than fear.

What is the part of this story you rarely share?

For years, I believed one more diagnosis, one more supplement, or one more expert would give me my health back. Instead, I had to learn how to live before certainty came and keep taking steps into the unknown, even when fear was present.

What do you believe?

The body is wiser than we often realize. Curiosity opens doors that certainty cannot, especially when answers are absent. Science and spirituality both serve us best when they begin with humility.

What do you no longer believe?

I no longer believe that someone else knows my body better than I do, that healing is linear, that more information automatically creates better health, or that healing is always somewhere outside of us.

What is healing?

Healing is reconnecting with safety, trust, and feeling at ease in your mind, body, and life. It is not becoming someone new. It is removing what has kept you from your most authentic and unique self.

What is the body?

The body is a storyteller, a historian, a protector, and a messenger. The question is not whether it is speaking, but whether we know how to listen.

Who is this book for?

For someone who looks healthy but does not feel healthy; someone with symptoms who cannot find answers, who is exhausted from searching and has begun to doubt themselves. They do not need another miracle. They need help making sense of the puzzle and trusting themselves again.

If you had five minutes with a reader, what would you say?

You deserve to be heard. Your symptoms deserve curiosity. You deserve good medicine, good science, and hope. Most importantly, you deserve to remain on your own side in this search.

What makes your work different?

I build bridges between science and spirituality, medicine and intuition, symptoms and meaning, motherhood and identity, certainty and curiosity.

What I believe

Why stay with me after the book?

I do not need to spend my life searching.

For months, this book was called The Intelligence of Healing: A Seeker's Journey Through the Body, Faith and Truth. Then I grew a little more and healed a little further.

I do not want to miss the present by being consumed with the past or trying to understand the future. I want to live by what I have learned, share what I have found, and connect more deeply with myself, my children, and the world around me.

I wish to live with the wonder of a child and the wisdom of everything I have lived through. Right here. Right now.

Maybe that is what all the searching was for. The answers matter. What I do with them matters more.
